All payments are due at time of service, however we kindly ask that you notify us of changes or cancellations prior to your scheduled pickup or tour date. PTL is not responsible for delay in travel or tour due to inclement weather conditions. If you require our photo or video services all photos and video will only be published with your written permission. PTL does not share your personal information.
